Opportunity Radar is operated by BassTech Consulting Group, LLC ("we"). By creating an account you agree to these terms.

The service

Opportunity Radar aggregates publicly available job postings, government contract opportunities, and grant notices, scores them against profiles you define, and delivers digests and alerts. Opportunity data originates from third-party public sources; we do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or timeliness, and a scored match is an aid to your judgment, not advice.

Billing

Subscriptions bill monthly through Stripe. New accounts start a 14-day trial with a card on file and convert automatically to paid billing at day 14 unless cancelled first. Downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period; upgrades apply immediately with proration. Cancelling stops future charges; data from a cancelled account is retained for 30 days and then deleted.

Acceptable use

One account per organization; seats are for people in your organization. API access (Enterprise) is read-only, for your own scored matches, subject to fair use. Abusive signup activity is logged, and that log is retained even after an account is deleted.

No warranty; limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim arose. There is no SLA.
