What we collect

Your account details (name, email, company), the matching profiles you create (keywords, categories, delivery email), and operational logs including the IP address used at signup (kept as an anti-abuse ledger that survives account deletion). Payment details go directly to Stripe; we never see your card number.

How it's used

Profile keywords are used to score public opportunity data against your profiles, including via a third-party AI model (Anthropic Claude) that receives opportunity text and your profile keywords — never your account credentials or payment data. Emails (digests, alerts, billing notices) are sent via Azure Communication Services.

Where it lives

Data is processed and stored on Microsoft Azure in the United States. Telemetry is retained per our Application Insights configuration; account data from cancelled subscriptions is deleted after 30 days.
